That foundation led to obtaining a Georgia residential builder’s license, followed by a commercial builder’s license, allowing us to apply commercial construction standards to residential projects when appropriate.
This dual licensing and experience allow us to approach homes with a stronger understanding of structure, materials, and long-term performance.
